About Nutrfy

Nutrfy comes from a deep frustration with the lack of tools for meal planning for (everyday) athletes.

Most platforms and websites seem to be either obsessed with unactionable details like recipes or very broad opinions about the "right diet" or with food intake tracking, which is always in hindsight and never really worked for me.

So after many years trying to make what is available work for me (and failing), I decided to build something to make my nutrition planning easier.

The result is nutrfy - a tool to translate the science of nutrition into actionable everday practice.

Hi! I'm Peter, and I created nutrfy in an effort to help other athletes make better nutritional choices while focussing on the foundation of good nutrition.

I believe that the Pareto Principle can be applied to nutrition as well: 80% of the outcomes can be attributed to 20% of the changes you make: Focus on the basics and you will see results. Everything else will be optimisation of what you already have achieved.

I am not a nutritionist, or a medical doctor. I don't tell you what you should or shouldn't do. I provide a tool that I find useful, and hopefully you find it useful, too.

Drop me a line if you have any questions or comments.
